Our team

We’re a team of about 2,000 people from all over the world who share a passion for vegetables and innovation. Some of us work in research and breeding, others in production, marketing, or customer support — but we all work closely together.

About a third of us are focused on research and development, creating new varieties and solutions for growers. But no matter what our role is, we stay connected to what happens in the field. We talk to growers, visit customers, and learn from partners to make sure our work really makes a difference.
